ทั้งนี้ภายหลังได้รับแจ้งเหตุทสภ. จึงได้มีการประกาศใช้แผนฉุกเฉิน บทที่ 9 กรณีการขู่วางระเบิดอากาศยาน (Bomb threat on aircraft) โดยเมื่อเวลา 19.10 น. เครื่องบินลำดังกล่าวได้ลงจอดที่ทสภ. อย่างปลอดภัยและได้เข้าจอดที่หลุมจอด Isolate Parking และได้ทำการอพยพผู้โดยสาร ซึ่งมีจำนวน 231 คน และลูกเรือ 10 ออกจากเครื่องโดยทันที และให้ไปพักรอที่สถานีดับเพลิงและกู้ภัยฝั่งตะวันออกเพื่อทำการตรวจค้นร่างกาย
