Interlink Communication Public Company Limited (ILINK) announced on April 28, 2020, ILINK has signed a Contract for Construction of Wachirabarami Power Station, Phichit Province and Suan Phueng Power Station, Ratchaburi Province with Provincial Electricity Authority, the contract value was 161,000,000 baht and 141,300,000 baht respectively, totaling 302,300,000 baht. The period of delivery scheduled within 540 days from the date of receipt of a letter from the Provincial Electricity Authority to start work.
In this regard, the REIT Manager and the Trustee are considering the details in such rent payment deferral request and the rent waiver request in accordance with the aforementioned reasons and necessity, including the recovery plan for the purpose of making rent payments to SRIPANWA, within the framework of the relevant agreements, primarily taking into account the benefits of the trust unitholders. The Company will further inform the result of the consideration and other relevant proceedings without delay.
นางสาวนฤภัทร อมรโฆษิต เลขาธิการสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับกิจการพลังงาน (กกพ.) ในฐานะรองโฆษกสำนักงานกกพ. เปิดเผยว่า กกพ.อนุมัติรายชื่อผู้ผ่านการคัดเลือกทางเทคนิค สำหรับการเสนอขายไฟฟ้า ภายใต้โครงการผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานหมุนเวียนรูปแบบ SPP Hybrid Firm ปี 2560 จากทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 42 โครงการ ขนาดกำลังผลิตติดตั้งรวม 1,062.2 เมกะวัตต์ โดยมีปริมาณพลังไฟฟ้าเสนอขายรวมทั้งสิ้น 755.3 เมกะวัตต์ เพื่อที่จะเข้าสู่ขั้นตอนของการพิจารณาข้อเสนอทางด้านราคา โดยกำหนดจะประกาศรายชื่อผู้ที่ได้รับคัดเลือกให้ได้ภายในวันที่ 14 ธันวาคม 2560
ทั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมกบง.ได้พิจารณาสถานการณ์ราคาน้ำมันในตลาดโลกซึ่งมีการปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น โดยน้ำมันดิบดูไบปรับตัวขึ้น 5.20 เหรียญสหรัฐ/บาร์เรล ราคาน้ำมันเบนซิน ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น 6.64 เหรียญสหรัฐ/บาร์เรล และราคาน้ำมันดีเซลปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น 3.97 เหรียญสหรัฐ/บาร์เรลจากราคาปิดตลาดวันที่ 2 เม.ย. 58 ที่ประชุมฯ จึงได้ใช้กลไกการบริหารกองทุนน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงโดยปรับลดอัตราจัดเก็บเงินส่งเข้ากองทุนน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงสำหรับน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงทุกชนิด ยกเว้น E85 เพื่อให้ราคาขายปลีกน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงภายในประเทศไม่ผันผวนตามสถานการณ์ตลาดโลก
