On 8 July 2019, STA has informed that the Board of Directors approved the plan of issuance and offering of newly issued ordinary shares of Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) in the initial public offering (IPO) and the listing of STGT on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and/or any other stock exchanges (Spin-Off). The number of newly-issued shares to be offered in the IPO shall not exceed 31% of the total paid-up capital of STGT after the IPO which expects to be completed in 3Q2020.

โดยปัจจัยสำคัญที่จะช่วยหนุนให้รายได้ในครึ่งปีหลังเพิ่มขึ้นได้แก่ อัตราค่าโฆษณาของช่อง MONO 29 ที่คาดว่าจะเพิ่มขึ้นตามเรทติ้งของช่อง และรายได้จากธุรกิจอื่นปรับตัวดีขึ้น โดยเฉพาะบริการดูหนังแบบบอกรับสมาชิก (Monomaxx) ซึ่งเริ่มมีบริการรองรับการใช้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ (เช่น Virtual Reality headset or 360 VR ฯลฯ) สำหรับชม Video On Demand (VOD) และการขยายตัวสู่ธุรกิจสื่อดิจิตอลเพิ่ม โดยการหาพันธมิตร และโฆษณาเพิ่มบนเว็บไซด์ของบริษัท (Mthai.com) รวมทั้งเตรียมที่จะเปิดตัว VDO portal platform ใหม่ (SEEME) ในเดือนสิงหาคม 2560
