In late June 2019, STPI acquired all shares of Boutique Prakhanong 1 Limited and Boutique Prakhanong 2 Limited in order to secure the long-term leasehold of the land and ownerships in office building and community mall with almost full occupancies; resulting in higher revenue from rental of those properties to Baht 249 million or 133% rose from Baht 107 million in the year 2018.

พล.อ.ฉัตรชัย สาริกัลยะ รมว.พาณิชย์ เปิดเผยว่า ในสัปดาห์หน้าจะมีการประชุมนัดแรกของคณะกรรมการบริหารจัดการน้ำแห่งชาติ(กบช.) ที่มีพล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธาน โดยจะพิจารณาแนวทางปฎิบัติตามยุทธศาสตร์บริหารจัดการน้ำของประเทศ ระยะเวลา 10 ปี (ปี 58-69) ที่ได้ผ่านความเห็นชอบจากที่ประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี(ครม.)แล้วเมื่อวันที่ 7 พ.ค.58 เพื่อนำมาสู่การปฏิบัติจริงอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ล่าสุดที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท เมื่อวันที่ 11 ม.ค.2562 มีมติแต่งตั้ง นายฉาย บุนนาค ดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการ รองประธานกรรมการ คนที่ 1 กรรมการบริหาร และประธานกรรมการบริหาร ของบริษัท มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 ม.ค.2562 การเข้ามานั่งแท่นบริหารองค์กรสื่อที่มีอายุยาวนาน 47 ปี ท่ามกลางมรสุมลูกใหญ่ที่ต้องจัดการคือภาระหนี้ก้อนโตเป็นโจทย์ใหญ่ที่ท้าทายผู้บริหารใหม่ นำพาองค์กรแห่งนี้ให้พ้นจากภาวะถดถอย

The management of TMB will be authorized to negotiate, agree and execute the share purchase agreement with Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited (TCAP) and Scotia Netherlands Holding B.V. (BNS), which is a company in a group of the Bank of Nova Scotia. Therefore, TMB wishes to notify that on 8 August 2019 TMB, TCAP and BNS have agreed and signed the share purchase agreement.
