โดยเมื่อวานนี้ (26 มี.ค.) บริษัท ไทยเอ็นวีดีอาร์ จำกัด (Thai NVDR) แจ้งว่าตามที่ Thai NVDR งดการลงทุนสำหรับหลักทรัพย์ BBL เมื่อวันที่ 18 ต.ค.60 เนื่องจากการถือหุ้นหรือมีไว้ซึ่งหุ้น BBL อาจเกินกว่าอัตราที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) นั้น ปัจจุบัน Thai NVDR ได้พิจารณาและตรวจสอบแล้วเห็นว่า Thai NVDR ไม่ติดข้อจำกัดการถือหุ้นหรือมีไว้ซึ่งหุ้น BBL ในจำนวนที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากธปท.แล้ว
