ขณะเดียวกันบริษัทคาดว่าผลการดำเนินงานในปี 2562 จะเติบโตต่อเนื่อง จากการเปิดโครงการใหม่ไม่น้อยกว่า 12 โครงการตามแนวรถไฟฟ้า ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นโครงการร่วมทุนกับพันธมิตรต่างชาติ ส่งผลให้บริษัทคาดว่าจะได้รับส่วนแบ่งกำไรจากการร่วมทุนเพิ่มสูงขึ้นกว่าปี 61 โดยในไตรมาส 2/62 บริษัทมีแผนเปิดโครงการขนาดใหญ่ 1 โครงการตามแนวรถไฟฟ้า โดยปัจจุบันบริษัทมีโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ร่วมทุนต่างชาติมากที่สุดเป็นอันดับ 1 ของประเทศ โดยมีทั้งสิ้น 26 โครงการ มูลค่าโครงการรวมกว่า 1 แสนล้านบาท
