ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ให้ความร่วมมือภาครัฐ และพิจารณาถึงความจำเป็นในการจัดกิจกรรมที่มีลักษณะของการรวมกลุ่มคนเป็นจำนวนมาก ซึ่งมีความเสี่ยงที่จะทำให้การแพร่ระบาดเกิดขึ้นและกระจายสู่บุคคลทั่วไปโดยง่าย เพื่อปฎิบัติตามนโยบายของภาครัฐ อีกทั้ง ได้มีการติดตามสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดอย่างใกล้ชิดมาโดยตลอด หากภายหลังจากสถานการณ์การระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 คลี่คลาย จะแจ้งให้ผู้ถือหุ้นทราบถึงวัน เวลา และสถานที่ในการประชุมฯ ใหม่อย่างเป็นทางการอีกครั้งต่อไป

ขณะเดียวกัน GPSC เตรียมเงินจำนวน 40,000 ล้านบาท ในการทำคำเสนอซื้อหลักทรัพย์ที่เหลือทั้งหมดของกิจการ (Tender Offer) สัดส่วนประมาณ 30.89% ของหุ้นทั้งหมดของ GLOW ในราคาเดียวกันกับการซื้อขายหุ้นระหว่าง GPSC และ ENGIE Global Developments B.V. โดยคาดว่าจะสามารถยื่นคำเสนอซื้อหลักทรัพย์ (Tender Offer) อย่างเป็นทางการในวันที่ 22 มี.ค.62 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ของตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยและสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์
