AWC is a holding company which invests in hospitality businesses and also retail and commercial buildings. According to the data as of March 31, 2019, AWC is the biggest midscale hotel owner in Thailand with 10 hotels in its operation along with a total of 3,432 rooms. There are five more hotels in the middle of maintenance and renovation. Meanwhile, the company aims to purchase another 12 hotels in the near future as stated in the share purchase agreement in 2019. It is expected that AWC will have a total of 8,500 rooms.

โดย บล.เคทีบี (ประเทศไทย) ระบุในบทวิเคราะห์ แนะนำ “ซื้อ” TKN ราคาเป้าหมาย 12.40 บาท อิง DCF (เทียบเท่า PER ปี 2563 ที่ 25.2 เท่า) โดย TKN รายงานกำไรสุทธิไตรมาส 2/62 ที่ 98 ล้านบาท (ลดลง 36% เมื่อเทียบจากปีก่อน แต่เพิ่มขึ้น 21% เมื่อเทียบจากไตรมาสก่อน) ส่งผลจากรายได้รวมที่ปรับตัวดีขึ้นอยู่ที่ 1,302 ล้านบาท (เพิ่มขึ้น 1% เมื่อเทียบจากปีก่อน และเพิ่มขึ้น 2% เมื่อเทียบจากไตรมาสก่อน) และ GPM ปรับตัวดีขึ้นเมื่อเทียบจากไตรมาสก่อน อยู่ที่ 28.0% (ไตรมาส 2/61 = 29.1%, ไตรมาส 1/62 = 26.7%) จากการรับรู้ต้นทุนสาหร่ายใหม่ที่ลดลงบางส่วน
