อนึ่ง รายชื่อกรรมการที่จะครบกำหนดออกตามวาระ ได้แก่ 1.) นายสมชาย สกุลสุรรัตน์ 2.) พล.ต.อ.สุนทร ซ้ายขวัญ และ3.) นายปริญญา วิญญรัตน์ ซึ่งกรรมการทั้ง 3 ท่านเป็นกรรมการที่ นายทวิช เตชะนาวากุล ได้เสนอชื่อเข้าเป็นกรรมการและได้รับการคัดเลือกจากผู้ถือหุ้นเมื่อวันที่ 14 ก.พ.ที่ผ่านมา ขณะที่รายชื่อกรรมการที่ถูกเสนอขึ้นมาใหม่ครั้งนี้ก็ปรากฏรายชื่อทั้ง 3 ท่าน ส่วนอีก 4 รายชื่อที่เหลือคาดว่าจะเป็นกรรมการของฝ่ายนายแพทย์วิชัย ถาวรวัฒนยงค์

นางนฤมล ภิญโญสินวัฒน์ โฆษกประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เปิดเผยว่า ที่ประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) มีมติอนุมัติหลักการร่างกฎกระทรวงยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมการใช้ยานยนต์บนทางหลวงพิเศษหมายเลข 7 ตอนกรุงเทพฯ-เมืองพัทยา และทางหลวงพิเศษหมายเลข 9 สายถนนวงแหวนรอบนอกกรุงเทพมหานคร (ถนนกาญจนาภิเษก) ตอนบางปะอิน-บางพลี และตอนพระประแดง-บางแค ช่วงพระประแดง-ต่างระดับบางขุนเทียน ตั้งแต่เวลา 00.01 น. ของวันที่ 24 ก.ค.63 จนถึงเวลา 24.00 น.ของวันที่ 29 ก.ค.63
