นายธรรมยศ ศรีช่วย ปลัดกระทรวงพลังงาน เปิดเผยว่า ในฐานะประธานคณะกรรมการปิโตรเลียม ยังยืนยันขั้นตอนการประมูลเพื่อการสำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียมในแหล่งเอราวัณและบงกช ที่จะหมดอายุในปี 2565-2566 โดยจะเปิดให้ผู้สนใจเป็นผู้ดำเนินการหลัก (โอเปอเรเตอร์) ยื่นประมูลเข้ามาในวันที่ 25 ก.ย.นี้ ตามกำหนดการเดิม ถึงแม้ว่าก่อนหน้านี้จะมีกลุ่มที่ไม่เห็นด้วยได้เข้ายื่นหนังสือต่อศาลปกครอง และศาลปกครองได้ขอให้ฝ่ายกระทรวงพลังงานเข้าไปชี้แจงข้อเท็จจริง รวมถึงให้ข้อมูลต่างๆ แต่กระทรวงได้ขอเลื่อนเวลาออกไปก่อน
