The analyst stated that the plummet might due to a selloff from foreign investors after a short-selling in TFEX over 50,000 contracts around 10 billion baht last Friday. The market started to crumble after the index fell below 1,580 points, causing further selloff for the remaining of the day.

ล่าสุดบริษัทฯ ณ วันที่ 24 กันยายน 2563 บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินการตามเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ในสัญญาซื้อขายหุ้นข้างต้นเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว เช่น การดำเนินการขออนุญาตต่าง ๆ จากหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องของประเทศเยอรมนี และเจ้าหนี้หรือผู้ถือหุ้นกู้ของโครงการในฐานะผู้ถือหุ้นรายใหม่ ส่งผลให้บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินการโอนหุ้นตามสัญญาซื้อขายหุ้นข้างต้นเสร็จสมบูรณ์และได้เป็นผู้ถือหุ้นทางอ้อม (ผ่าน GIH) ในโครงการ BKR2 อย่างเป็นทางการ

นายเมธี สุภาพงษ์ รองผู้ว่าการ ด้านเสถียรภาพการเงิน ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) เปิดเผยว่า ในช่วงที่ผ่านมาที่ตลาดพันธบัตรไทยมีความผันผวนสูงตามความตื่นตระหนกในตลาดการเงินโลก ธปท. ได้เข้าอัดฉีดสภาพคล่องในตลาดพันธบัตรผ่านการเข้าซื้อพันธบัตรภาครัฐทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาวอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยในวันนี้ ธปท. เข้าซื้อพันธบัตรรวมประมาณ 45,000 ล้านบาท รวมเป็นยอดการเข้าซื้อตั้งแต่ 13-19 มี.ค.63 กว่า 100,000 ล้านบาท
