ทั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมวิสามัญผู้ถือหุ้น ครั้งที่ 1/2562 เมื่อวันที่ 5 พ.ย.62 อนุมัติการเพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียนรวมถึงการจัดสรรหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนของบริษัทจำนวนไม่เกิน 8,054,212,998 หุ้น มูลค่าที่ตราไว้หุ้นละ 0.075 บาท เพื่อเสนอขายให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นเดิมตามสัดส่วนการถือหุ้น (Right Offering) ในอัตราส่วน 4 หุ้นเดิมต่อ 1 หุ้นใหม่ ที่ราคาหุ้น 0.05 บาท/หุ้น ซึ่งบริษัทได้ขยายระยะเวลาจองซื้อหุ้นเพิ่มทุนดังกล่าวเป็นวันที่ 2 ธ.ค.62-31 ม.ค.63

ด้านคุณนิจวรรณ เชาว์กิตติโสภณ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายการตลาด HPT กล่าวถึงแผนการตลาดว่าจะขยายไปยังกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียนมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะตลาดเมียนมาร์ ลาว และเวียดนามที่มีโรงแรมจำนวนมากอยู่ระหว่างการก่อสร้าง แต่ยังอยู่ระหว่างการศึกษาตลาดและมองหาพันธมิตรเข้ามาช่วยทำตลาดเพิ่มเติม และมีเป้าหมายขยายไปยังกลุ่มลูกค้าเดิมในสหรัฐอเมริกาและยุโรปเพิ่มขึ้น ทั้งนี้หากแผนการขยายผลิตภัณฑ์และตลาดเพิ่มขึ้น จะทำให้บริษัทมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นปีละ 20%
