บริษัท เอเชีย แคปปิตอล กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ACAP เปิดเผยมติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท ครั้งที่ 5/2563 ที่จัดประชุมในวันนี้ (17 ก.ค.63) ซึ่งมีมติอนุมัติการจำหน่ายหุ้นสามัญทั้งหมดที่บริษัทฯ ถืออยู่ในบริษัท โกลบอล เซอร์วิส เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ GSC ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อยของบริษัทฯ ให้กับนายประยูร อัสสกาญจน์ ในราคาหุ้นละ 1 บาท โดยคาดว่าจะทำรายการแล้วเสร็จภายในวันที่ 24 ก.ค.2563 ทั้งนี้ภายหลังจากการทำรายการจะส่งผลให้ GSC ไม่ใช่บริษัทย่อยของบริษัทฯ อีกต่อไป
