นายสมภพ กีระสุนทรพงษ์ กรรมการผู้อำนวยการ บล.ฟินันเซีย ไซรัส ในฐานะที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินของ บริษัท ที.เอ.ซี.คอนซูเมอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ TACC เปิดเผยว่า สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) ได้พิจารณานับหนึ่งแบบไฟลิ่งของ TACC แล้วเมื่อวันที่ 6 พ.ย.58 โดยมีแผนจะเสนอขายหุ้นเพิ่มทุนแก่ประชาชนเป็นครั้งแรก(IPO)จำนวน 168 ล้านหุ้น มูลค่าที่ตราไว้ (พาร์) หุ้นละ 0.25 บาท ที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินคือบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ฟินันเซีย ไซรัส จำกัด (มหาชน)

อนึ่ง ตลท.ขึ้นเครื่องหมาย SP (Suspension) เพื่อห้ามการซื้อหรือขายหลักทรัพย์ของ KC ตั้งแต่วันที่ 4 มกราคม 2560 จากกรณี KC ได้รับคำฟ้องจากบริษัท หลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุนโซลาริส จำกัด หรือ บลจ.โซลาริส ในคดีแพ่งตามหมายเรียกคดีแพ่งของศาลแพ่งในคดีหมายเลขดำที่ มย 119/2560 ระหว่างกองทุนเปิดโซลาริสตราสารหนี้พริวิเลจ 3 เอ็ม 4, กองทุนเปิดโซลาริสตราสารหนี้พริวิเลจ 3 เอ็ม 5 , กองทุนเปิดโซลาริสตราสารหนี้พริวิเลจ 3 เอ็ม 3,กองทุนเปิดโซลาริสตราสารหนี้พริวิเลจ 3 เอ็ม 1,
