ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจะซื้อหุ้น 51% คิดเป็นมูลค่าทั้งสิ้น 25.5 ล้านบาท จากบริษัท ฟูจิ ฟูรุกาว่า อี แอนด์ ซี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (Fuji Furukawa) และบริษัท ฟูจิ อิเลคทริค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (FE Thailand) ภายหลังการซื้อขายครั้งนี้จะทำให้บริษัทถือหุ้น 51% ใน AOC ร่วมกับบริษัท ฟูจิ อิเลคทริค จำกัด ที่ถือหุ้น 49%
