โดยบริษัทมั่นใจว่ารายได้และกำไรสุทธิปี 60 จะสูงกว่าปี 59 ที่มีรายได้ 152.63 ล้านบาท และกำไรสุทธิ 41.28 ล้านบาท ตามกการเติบโตของพอร์ตสินเชื่อ โดยครึ่งปีแรกบริษัทปล่อยสินเชื่อใหม่ไปแล้ว 334 ล้านบาท สูงขึ้น 277% จากช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อนที่ปล่อยสินเชื่อใหม่ 89 ล้านบาท  เนื่องจากบริษัทได้ออกแคมเปญส่งเสริมการตลาดในลักษณะการนำเสนอสินเชื่อรูปแบบใหม่เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าได้ดีขึ้น

ทั้งนี้ ภายหลังการรวมกิจการ ทั้งทีเอ็มบีและธนาคารธนชาตได้ดำเนินการปรับโครงสร้างเงินฝากและสินเชื่ออย่างต่อเนื่อง ก่อให้เกิดผลประโยชน์ด้านงบดุล (Balance Sheet Synergy) ซึ่งช่วยให้ธนาคารสามารถบริหารต้นทุนทางการเงินและอัตราผลตอบแทนได้ดีขึ้น ส่งผลให้ส่วนต่างรายได้ดอกเบี้ยสุทธิในไตรมาส 3/63 อยู่ที่ 2.92% เป็นไปตามกรอบเป้าหมายแม้ว่าในช่วงที่ผ่านมาจะมีการปรับลดอัตราดอกเบี้ยลงหลายครั้งก็ตาม
