ปัจจุบันตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย อยู่ระหว่างการปรับเปลี่ยนเกณฑ์การรับหลักทรัพย์ใหม่ในเรื่องของมูลค่าที่ตราไว้ (พาร์) ขั้นต่ำ ของบริษัทที่จะเข้าจดทะเบียน ดังนั้น หากเกณฑ์ใหม่กำหนดขึ้นก่อนที่จะขาย IPO ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการจึงมีมติอนุมัติให้เสนอต่อที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นของ TT ให้พิจารณาการมอบอำนาจให้คณะกรรมการของบริษัทเป็นผู้พิจารณากำหนดจำนวนหุ้นเดิมของเสตรกาที่ TT จะนำมาขายให้เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์การรับหลักทรัพย์ในเรื่องของราคาพาร์ขั้นต่ำตามที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยการเปลี่ยนแปลงจะอยู่ในกรอบของมูลค่าตามแผนใหม่ดังกล่าว

โดยมีแผนที่จะขยายขอบเขตการดำเนินธุรกิจในการพัฒนาโครงการโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานหมุนเวียนประเภทต่างๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง เช่น พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ พลังงานชีวมวล พลังงานความร้อนใต้พิภพ  พลังงานน้ำ และพลังงานลม เป็นต้น โดยมุ่งเน้นพัฒนาโครงการในประเทศที่มีศักยภาพ ได้แก่ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น และประเทศอื่นๆ ในทวีปเอเชีย รวมทั้งมีการลงทุนในธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานหมุนเวียน และลงทุนในกิจการโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานหมุนเวียน ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้บริษัทฯ มีผลประกอบการที่ดีอย่างสม่ำเสมอในระยะยาว”  นายพดด้วง กล่าว
