โดยครั้งนี้ TFEX ได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก บริษัท สำนักหักบัญชี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (TCH) ในการพัฒนาบริการใหม่ที่เรียกว่า Non-Cash Collateral ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ลงทุนสามารถใช้สินทรัพย์อื่นนอกเหนือจากเงินสด ได้แก่ พันธบัตรรัฐบาล พันธบัตรธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย และหุ้นมาวางเป็นมาร์จิ้นหรือหลักประกันร่วมกับเงินสดได้ ซึ่งจะเพิ่มความสะดวกและความคล่องตัวให้แก่ผู้ลงทุนที่ซื้อขายใน TFEX รวมถึงจะช่วยลดต้นทุนบางส่วนของผู้ลงทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารพอร์ตลงทุนได้ดียิ่งขึ้น โดยจะเริ่มให้บริการวันที่ 23 เมษายน 2561

PTG Energy Public Company Limited (PTG) announced that on October 20, 2020 the Company has increased its share proportion in Siam Autobacs Co., Ltd. (SIAM AUTOBACS) by acquiring the existing ordinary shares from a shareholder of SIAM AUTOBACS in the number of 6,500,003 ordinary shares. As a result, the shares held by PTG in SIAM AUTOBACS to be increased from previously 6,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 38.26% of total shares to 13,000,003 ordinary shares, representing 76.52% of total shares.
