จากการสำรวจอนามัยโพลออนไลน์ระหว่างวันที่ 23  27 ตุลาคม 2563 เรื่องการสวมหน้ากากพบว่า สถานที่ที่ประชาชนสวมหน้ากากมากที่สุดคือ ห้างสรรพสินค้า ร้านค้า ร้อยละ 92 รองลงมาคือ สถานที่แออัด เช่น การจัดประชุม อบรม สัมมนา ตลาดนัด หรือการรวมกลุ่มคนจำนวนมาก ร้อยละ 90 โรงพยาบาล ฟิตเนส ร้อยละ 83 สถานที่ทำงาน ร้อยละ 78 สถานศึกษาร้อยละ 62.44 โรงแรม รีสอร์ท ร้อยละ 60 และที่น่ากังวลคือ สถานบันเทิงและยานพาหนะ มีการสวมเพียงร้อยละ 49

Consolidated operating expenses decreased by 16.9% YoY from impairment loss of properties for sale in 1Q2019 (if excluding such item, operating expenses increased by 8.6% YoY), contributing to consolidated cost to income ratio of 44.18%, decreasing from 48.24% in the same period of 2019 (cost to income ratio excluding interest income received from the auction and impairment loss of properties for sale of 41.78%).
