The Cabinet will announce its policies to the Parliament on July 25. ด้าน COL แจ้งว่าที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทเมื่อวานนี้ เห็นชอบให้นำเสนอต่อที่ประชุมวิสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นครั้งที่ 1/2563 ที่จะมีขึ้นในวันที่ 21 ต.ค.63 พิจารณาอนุมัติการเพิกถอนหุ้นของบริษัท ออกจากการเป็นหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียน เนื่องจาก CRC ได้มีหนังสือแจ้งบริษัทว่าประสงค์จะเข้าซื้อกิจการของบริษัท โดยให้บริษัท พีบีเอชดี จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อยเป็นผู้ดำเนินการเสนอซื้อหุ้นสามัญของบริษัท จากผู้ถือหุ้นทุกรายของบริษัท ราคาหุ้นละ 19 บาท
