Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited (SAWAD) has announced that the Board of Directors had passed a resolution to establish and jointed invest in P Lending Company Limited to expand SAWAD’s lending business and lending business agent.P Lending Company Limited is a platform generator for lending business with ฿5 million of registered capital that SAWAD holds 75% stake, while Mr. Sumate Techapisut holds 20% stake and Ms. Netchanok Mulpinit holds 5%. SAWAD expects a long term earning from dividend as a benefit from this takeover.

โดย มาตรการดังกล่าวของ ธปท.มีระยะเวลาตั้งแต่ 1 ก.ย.-31 ธ.ค.63 โดยการรวมหนี้รายย่อยอย่างสินเชื่อบัตรเครดิต, สินเชื่อบุคคล, สินเชื่อเช่าซื้อรถยนต์ และสินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัย เป็นเจ้าหนี้รายเดียว และปรับโครงสร้างหนี้โดยมีการยืดอายุการจ่ายหนี้ รวมถึงคิดอัตราดอกเบี้ยเหลือเพียง MRR rate ซึ่งปัจจุบัน MRR rate ของ 4 แบงก์ใหญ่อยู่ที่ราว 5.75%-6.22% ประเมินธนาคารที่ได้ประโยชน์มากสุด คือ ธนาคารกรุงไทย (KTB), ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ (SCB), ธนาคารทหารไทย(TMB), บมจ.ทิสโก้ไฟแนนเชียลกรุ๊ป (TISCO) และธนาคารเกียรตินาคินภัทร (KKP) เพราะมีสัดส่วนลูกหนี้รายย่อยมาก
