The lease period of assets specified in (2) to (4) above will expire on September 15, 2033 which may be extended for another 10 years after the expiry of the first lease period or until the expiry of the obtained license for operating telecommunication business (whichsoever is earlier), upon fulfillment of the prescribed conditions.

นายชัยวัฒน์ กล่าวอีกว่า สำหรับธุรกิจค้าปลีกน้ำมันในช่วงครึ่งแรกปีนี้ ยอดขายน้ำมันเติบโต 10% สูงกว่าภาพรวมของยอดขายน้ำมันทั้งตลาดที่ในครึ่งปีแรกเติบโต 8-9% โดยปัจจุบันมียอดขายน้ำมันเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนอยู่ที่ 300-320 ล้านลิตร จากระดับ 260-270 ล้านลิตรในช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน โดยราว 60% เป็นยอดขายน้ำมันดีเซล และอีก 40% เป็นยอดขายน้ำมันเบนซิน

นอกจากนั้น ยังมีความร่วมมือกับ บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ THAI ซึ่งมีตลาดยุโรปที่แข็งแกร่ง เพื่อให้สามารถส่งต่อผู้โดยสารบินในประเทศให้ NOK ที่สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ ซึ่งเป็นจุดบินที่การบินไทยและไทยสมายล์ไม่ได้ทำการบิน โดยเฉพาะไปยังเส้นทางเมืองรองอย่างบุรีรัมย์ หรืออุดรธานี โดยระหว่างนี้รอการลงนามในบันทึกความเข้าใจเบื้องต้น (MOU)
