ขณะที่ในส่วนของรถที่จะนำมาใช้เพื่อให้บริการในการรับส่งกลุ่มแรงงานไทยฯนั้น ก็ได้มีการสั่งการให้ทางกรมการขนส่งทางบกและ บขส. ประสานไปยัง สธ.ให้จัดเตรียมชุดให้กับผู้ขับขี่ที่จะขับรถไปส่งกลุ่มแรงงานไทยฯกลับภูมิลำเนาด้วย เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจในความปลอดภัย และจะมีการทำความสะอาดรถที่จะนำมาใช้ให้สะอาดตามมาตรฐาน อย่างไรก็ตามในส่วนการเดินทางไปต่างประเทศนั้นก็ขอให้มีการระงับการเดินทางในช่วงเวลานี้

Bt the results of the Court’s judgment, the Arbitral award dated on December 20, 2013 shall have no legally binding the EXAT. However, BEM may file an appeal to the Central Administrative court within 30 days from the date of the Court’s sentence.
