นายอัทธ์ พิศาลวานิช ผู้อำนวยการ ศูนย์ศึกษาการค้าระหว่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้าไทย เปิดเผยว่า การขยายตัวของมูลค่าการส่งออกสินค้าของไทยในปี 59 จะเติบโตจากปี 58 ในกรอบ 0.1-4.1% ด้วยมูลค่า 214,000-222,000 ล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ โดยมีแนวโน้มค่อนข้างมากที่จะเติบโตในระดับ 2% มูลค่า 218,000 ล้านเหรียญฯ ซึ่งจะกลับมาเป็นบวกครั้งแรกในรอบ 4 ปี หลังจากติดลบต่อเนื่อง
