Energy Earth Public Company Limited (EARTH) has made an announcement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand stating that the financial report for the 3rd quarter of 2017 is currently under review and the financial report for the year ended 31 December 2017 is being audited by the auditor.

ทั้งนี้ คณะกรรมการคัดเลือกได้แจ้งไปยังกลุ่มซีพีอย่างไม่เป็นทางการแล้วว่า ข้อเสนอ 12 ข้อนั้นไม่สามารถรับไว้พิจารณาได้ เพราะข้อเสนอของกลุ่มซีพี อยู่นอกเหนือข้อเสนอการร่วมลงทุน (Request for Proposal) หรือ RFP ได้แก่  การขอรับเงินชดเชยตั้งแต่ปีแรก, การขยายเวลาสัญญาจาก 50 ปี เป็น 99 ปี เป็นต้น
