ทั้งนี้การลงทุนขยายกองรถบรรทุกน้ำมัน (Tank Truck) เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าเหลว (Liquid Product) ในประเทศ เพื่อรองรับความต้องการขนส่งน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงและไบโอดีเซล B100 ที่คาดว่าจะเพิ่มขึ้น โดยบริษัทมีแผนจะให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าเหลว เช่น 1. ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมันปาล์ม และ 2. เอทานอล โดยจะลงทุนซื้อรถบรรทุกน้ำมัน จำนวน 80 ถึง 100 คัน ในช่วงปี 59-561 มูลค่าประมาณ 440-550 ล้านบาท ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจะใช้เงินทุนของบริษัทร่วมกับการขอสินเชื่อเช่าซื้อจากสถาบันการเงิน โดยคาดว่าจะใช้สินเชื่อเช่าซื้อประมาณ 90% ของมูลค่าเงินลงทุน

นายอาคม เติมพิทยาไพสิฐ รมว.คมนาคม เปิดเผยว่า ในช่วงเย็นวันนี้จะมีการลงนามร่วมไทย-จีน เพื่อรับรองการประชุมโครงการความร่วมมือระหว่างไทย-จีน เพื่อก่อสร้างรถไฟทางคู่ขนาดรางมาตรฐาน 1.435 เมตร (Standard Gauge) เส้นทางหนองคาย-โคราช-แก่งคอย-ท่าเรือมาบตาพุด ระยะทาง 873 กิโลเมตร ครั้งที่ 9 และลงนามในกรอบความร่วมมือในการดำเนินการระหว่างรัฐบาลไทยกับรัฐบาลจีนในการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางรถไฟ (Framework of Corperation :FOC ) และลงนามระหว่างรัฐบาลไทยกับจีน กรณีการจัดซื้อสินค้าการเกษตร เช่น ข้าว ยางพารา ภายใต้กรอบการขายแบบรัฐต่อรัฐ
