นอกจากนี้ ภายหลังจากที่กองทุนฯ เข้าลงทุนเพิ่มเติมครั้งที่ 1 เสร็จสิ้น กองทุนฯ มีสิทธิขยายอายุสัญญาเช่าหลักในทรัพย์สินเส้นใยแก้วนำแสงเดิม จำนวน 784,400 คอร์กิโลเมตร ที่มี TTTBB เป็นคู่สัญญา เป็นวันที่ 29 ม.ค. 2575 จากเดิมจะสิ้นสุดสัญญาเช่า 22 ก.พ. 2569 ทำให้กองทุนฯ มีความมั่นคงของกระแสรายได้จากค่าเช่าทรัพย์สินบางส่วนที่กองทุนฯ ลงทุนอยู่ในปัจจุบันได้ยาวนานขึ้น ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์แก่กองทุนฯ และผู้ถือหน่วยลงทุน
