ด้านบล.ยูโอบี เคย์เฮียน (ประเทศไทย) ระบุในบทวิเคราะห์ฯว่า แม้การประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นในวันที่ 27 เม.ย. จะมีวาระเสนอให้ผู้ถือหุ้นอนุมัติการขายโครงข่ายของทริปเปิลทีบรอดแบนด์ ให้แก่กองทุนรวมโครงสร้างพื้นฐานบรอดแบนด์อินเทอร์เน็ต จัสมิน หรือ JASIF อาจจะทำให้มีกำไรพิเศษในระดับ 1.2-2.5 หมื่นล้านบาท ซึ่งสามารถนำมาจ่ายปันผลพิเศษได้
