3) Granting Access to Key Data: To exhibit accountability for data usage, data access rights should be clearly specified, e.g. the number of people with the rights to access particular data. กลุ่มธนาคาร “Accumulative Buy” หุ้นเด่นคือ BAY, TCAP เนื่องจากยอดสินเชื่อเดือนเม.ย.2562 ขยายตัวได้ช้า+0.22%จากเดือนก่อน และหดตัว -0.05% ตั้งแต่ต้นปีจนถึงปัจจุบันแนวโน้มชะลอตัว ลงเทียบกับปีก่อนโดยเฉพาะธนาคารขนาดใหญ่ เช่น BBL ส่วนธนาคารที่มีสินเชื่อขยายตัวมากสุด ได้แก่ BAY, TCAP มีสินเชื่อขยายตัว +0.80%จากเดือนก่อน, +0.53%จากเดือนก่อน ตามลำดับ และ คาดกำไรไตรมาส 2/62 ของกลุ่มธนาคารจะอ่อนตัวลงจากงวดเดียวกันของปีก่อน
