นายวิชาย ชื่นสุขสวัสดิ์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ยูนิค ไมนิ่ง เซอร์วิสเซส จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือUMS เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทได้ลงนามในข้อตกลงทางการตลาดร่วมกับบริษัท ชิดลมมาร์รีน เซอร์วิสเซส แอนด์ ซัพพลายส์ จำกัด (CMSS) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อยของ TTA ในการเป็นพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจร่วมกัน โดยความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้เป็นการสร้าง synergy ร่วมกัน ด้วยการนำบริการที่ทั้งสองบริษัทมีเหมือนกันมารวมกัน เพื่อนำเสนอเป็นบริการในลักษณะ One-Stop-Services ให้กับลูกค้า หวังเพิ่มรายได้และโอกาสเติบโตในระยะยาว
