SET President Pakorn Peetathawatchai said Thailand Focus 2018 would highlight the country’s well-being economy, unique competitiveness and progress in national strategy execution. Particularly, the Thai capital market stands ready as a key fund-raising source for the country’s massive infrastructure projects as well as domestic and overseas expansion of Thai companies. Considering the strengths and global recognition, the Thai capital market can bridge investors worldwide to investment opportunities in CLMV where funding for infrastructure is needed.

สำหรับแผนธุรกิจใหม่ที่จะเปิดศูนย์บริการซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษารถยนต์ทุกยี่ห้อ ในรูปแบบของ Fast Fit ปัจจุบันอยู่ระหว่างการดำเนินการ ซึ่งเชื่อมั่นว่าทุกอย่างจะสามารถเดินได้ตามแผนที่วางไว้ โดยศูนย์บริการ Fast Fit ที่จะเริ่มเปิดดำเนินการนั้น คาดว่าจะเปิดที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตเป็นที่แรก ซึ่งนอกเหนือจากที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตแล้ว ยังได้มีการเจรจาเพื่อหาพื้นที่ในการขยายศูนย์บริการ Fast Fit ไปยังหัวเมืองใหญ่ และในกรุงเทพฯ อีกหลายแห่ง ซึ่งคาดว่าหากสามารถเจรจาเรื่องพื้นที่ได้สำเร็จ จะทำให้ในปี 2564 ศูนย์บริการซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษานี้ จะเติบโตและขยายสาขาได้มากกว่า 10 สาขาแน่นอน

อย่างไรก็ตาม ภายหลังจากที่ได้มีการประกาศราคาเสนอขายแล้ว คณะกรรมการบริษัท หรือบุคคลที่คณะกรรมการบริษัทหรือกรรมการผู้มีอำนาจกระทำการแทนบริษัทมอบหมายมีอำนาจในการปรับเปลี่ยน หรือแก้ไขราคาเสนอขายที่ได้ประกาศ ไม่ว่าโดยการเพิ่มหรือลดราคาดังกล่าว (การปรับราคาเสนอขาย) หากพิจารณาแล้วว่ามีความเหมาะสมเพื่อความสำเร็จของการเสนอขายหุ้น Rights Offering โดยพิจารณาจากสภาวะตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งการปรับราคาเสนอขายดังกล่าวจะต้องไม่เกินกว่า 10% ของราคาเสนอขายที่ได้ประกาศไว้ โดยในกรณีที่มีการปรับราคาเสนอขายลง ราคาเสนอขายต่อหุ้นจะสามารถอยู่ในช่วงระหว่าง 17.10-18.90 บาท/หุ้น
