ขณะที่บริษัทตั้งเป้าที่จะเปิดโครงการใหม่ในปีนี้ 26 โครงการ มูลค่าราว 2.6-2.8 หมื่นล้านบาท แบ่งเป็นโครงการแนวสูง 40% และโครงการแนวราบ 60% โดยในช่วงครึ่งปีแรกบริษัทเปิดตัวไปแล้ว 28 โครงการ และช่วงที่เหลือของปีนี้บริษัทเตรียมงบลงทันไว้ราว 2 พันล้านบาทเพื่อใช้ซื้อที่ดิน ขณะเดียวกันบริษัทยังมีการทำโครงการซุปเปอร์ซีโร่เพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่าย โดยเริ่มในวันที่ 1-31 ส.ค. 58 ซึ่งจะนำโครงการที่อยู่ระหว่างการขาย 78 โครงการมาร่วมงานเพื่อเป็นการกระตุ้นตลาดเพิ่มเติมด้วย

ทั้งนี้ SIC จะทำหน้าที่เป็นสื่อกลางระหว่างผู้ที่มีความต้องการเช่าไฟเบอร์กับเจ้าของโครงข่ายไฟเบอร์ที่ยังเหลือว่างอยู่ ในรูปแบบเหมือน Air BNB หรือ Uber ทั้งนี้ผลประโยชน์ทางอ้อมที่ส่งผลดีต่อภาพรวมก็คือ โอเปอร์เรเตอร์แต่ละรายจะลดมูลค่าการลงทุนในส่วนที่เกินจำเป็น ซึ่งจะช่วยให้โครงการจัดระเบียบสายสื่อสารของภาครัฐที่เป็นปัญหาใหญ่อยู่ในปัจจุบันแก้ไขได้ง่ายขึ้น หากจำนวนไฟเบอร์ที่เกินจำเป็นเหล่านั้นได้ถูกลดทอนลง สุดท้ายบ้านเมืองก็จะสวยงามและเป็นระเบียบมากขึ้น
