If NBTC considers the qualified participant in the 700 MHz spectrum allocation, DTAC, ADVANC, and TRUE, who is expected to submit the application later in the morning, will have the right to choose which block of spectrum it wishes to be allocated in the afternoon of June 19, 2019 and to further participate in the aforementioned spectrum allocation.

ทั้งนี้ ภายหลัง 6 เดือน นับจากการซื้อหุ้นคืนเสร็จสิ้นบริษัทสามารถซื้อหุ้นคืนได้เสร็จสิ้นก่อนระยะเวลา 6 เดือนระยะเวลาที่จำหน่ายหุ้นคืนจะเริ่มต้นภายหลังพ้นกำหนด 6 เดือน นับจากวันที่ซื้อหุ้นคืนเสร็จสิ้น ทั้งนี้ คณะกรรมการบริษัทจะพิจารณากำหนดวันจำหน่ายหุ้นที่ซื้อคืนในภายหลังและจะแจ้งให้ผู้ถือหุ้นทราบต่อไป โดยจะเป็นการจำหน่ายในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย
