ทั้งนี้ โครงการทั้ง 2 จะเป็นการซื้อหุ้นเสียงข้างมากในบริษัทเจ้าของโครงการ (Project Company) เพื่อให้บริษัทเป็นผู้ถือหุ้นรายใหญ่ โดยสัดส่วนที่จะซื้อสุดท้ายยังอยู่ระหว่างการเจรจากับผู้ขาย โดยโครงการขนาด 4 เมกะวัตต์ คาดว่าจะได้รับอัตราผลตอบแทนผู้ถือหุ้นไม่ต่ำกว่า 12% คาดว่าดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายในไตรมาส 1/60 ส่วนโครงการขนาด 8 เมกะวัตต์ คาดว่าจะได้รับอัตราผลตอบแทนผู้ถือหุ้น ไม่ต่ำกว่าต้นทุนเงินทุนถัวเฉลี่ยถ่วงน้ำหนัก (WACC) ของบริษัท และคาดว่าดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จและใช้เงินภายในไตรมาส 4/60
