Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) has announced the investment of Siri Ventures Co., Ltd., SIRI’s subsidiary, in Appy Corporation (Thailand) LTD by purchasing 75,000 newly-issued ordinary shares, equivalent to 25% of its paid-up capital, with the investment value of 10 million baht, while Cofa Holdings Limited Group holds the other 75% stake.The price agreed was based on the discounted cash flow approach.

นายสุวิทย์ เมษินทรีย์ รมช.พาณิชย์ เปิดเผยว่า การเร่งผลักดันการส่งออกในระยะสั้น กระทรวงฯ จะมุ่งการเปิดตลาดใหม่ และเน้นการผลักดันการส่งออกไปยังตลาดที่ยังเติบโตได้ โดยจะจัดคณะนักธุรกิจไทยเดินทางไปยังตลาดการค้าการลงทุนในหลายประเทศที่เศรษฐกิจยังเติบโตในอัตราสูง เช่น CLMV (กัมพูชา ลาว เมียนมาร์ และเวียดนาม) โดยจะเริ่มต้นจากกัมพูชาต่อเนื่องไปยังประเทศอื่นๆ ในภูมิภาคนี้ และตลาดใหม่ที่ยังมีความสด เช่น อิหร่าน เป็นต้น
