At the meeting held on 11 March 2020, the Board of Directors of The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (SCB) approved the share repurchase project for financial management purposes. Under this program, SCB shall use a maximum amount not exceeding THB 16,000 million to repurchase shares not exceeding 135,960,000 shares (equivalent to the amount of not exceeding 4.0% of total paid-up shares of SCB).

โดยผลการดำเนินงานในไตรมาส 3/2560 มีจำนวน 2,019.3 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้นจากงวดเดียวกันของปี 2559 เป็นเงิน 250.0 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็น 14.1% ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น รายได้จากผู้ป่วยเงินสดเพิ่มขึ้น 146.8ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็น 13.1% รายได้จากกองทุนประกันสังคมเพิ่มขึ้น 105.2ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 17.3 ขณะที่รายได้จากโครงการประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าเพิ่มขึ้น 4.9 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็น 30.8% และรายได้อื่นลดลง 6.9 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็น 30.4%
