The Boards also approved a proposal for a secondary listing of the company by way of introduction on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) (Proposed Listing), citing that there will be no issuance and offering of new shares on SGX. KSS has made an analysis after AOT announced submission deadline for Don Muang Airport duty-free concession is Dec 11. There will be 1 master contract that grants the winning bidder the right to operate the duty-free concession for 10 years and 6 months. Expecting up to 5 bidders, AOT will start selling the TOR documents from Oct 24 to Nov 8. The deadline for submission is Dec 11, presentations would be held on Dec 12-13, and the winning bidder would be announced Dec 16.

KSS states that the market was afraid of new competitors other than ADVANC, TRUE, DTAC, TOT and CAT to participate in the 5G bidding, but the market has a positive response over the news reported that only five private companies participated in the bidding. KSS sees that the plummet over 9% in the past week is due to the award of arbitration ordering ADVANC to pay a compensation of 31 billion baht to TOT, and that the negative sentiment over the issue has been priced in.
