โดยหลักประกันเงินกู้สำหรับสัญญาดังกล่าว คือ ที่ดินในประเทศบราซิลที่มีมูลค่าประเมิน 30.10 ล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ โดยไม่ปรากฏพบว่ามีการนำหุ้นสามัญ GL หรือหลักทรัพย์อื่นๆ มาร่วมเป็นหลักประกันด้วย ขณะที่ผลการตรวจสอบรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นจากการปิดสมุดทะเบียนครั้งสุดท้ายก่อนหน้าการทำสัญญาคือ วันที่ 30 มี.ค. 2558 หรือครั้งแรกหลังการทำสัญญาคือ วันที่ 12 พ.ค. 2558 ไม่ได้ปรากฏพบรายชื่อของผู้กู้ร่วมทั้ง 3 รายเป็นผู้ถือหุ้นก่อนหน้าหรือหลังจากนั้นแต่อย่างใด
