ทั้งนี้เนื่องจาก ณ วันที่ของการประชุมในครั้งนี้ บริษัทมีหุ้นกู้ซึ่งออกและเสนอขายตามมติอนุมัติการออกหุ้นกู้เดิมและยังไม่ได้มีการไถ่ถอนจำนวน 1,300 ล้านบาท ทำให้มีวงเงินคงเหลือที่บริษัทสามารถออกและเสนอขายหุ้นกู้เพิ่มเติมได้อีกจำนวนไม่เกิน 200 ล้านบาท ซึ่งบริษัทได้มีการเตรียมการเพื่อชำระคืนหุ้นกู้ที่กำลังจะครบกำหนดในปี 63 จำนวน 900 ล้านบาท ดังนั้น จึงจำเป็นต้องขยายวงเงินหุ้นกู้เพิ่มเป็น 2,500 ล้านบาท เพื่อรองรับการชำระคืนหุ้นกู้ดังกล่าว และภายหลังจากชำระคืนหุ้นกู้แล้ว บริษัทคาดว่าจะมีหุ้นกู้ที่ยังไม่ได้มีการไถ่ถอนคงเหลือ 1,300 ล้านบาท
