ทั้งนี้ ก.ล.ต. จึงได้เปิดรับฟังความคิดเห็นการปรับปรุงร่างประกาศที่เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 3 ฉบับ ได้แก่ (1) การปรับปรุงหลักเกณฑ์การประกอบธุรกิจสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล เช่น ระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูล ระบบการจัดการ การดูแลรักษาทรัพย์สินของลูกค้า และการโฆษณาส่งเสริมการขาย (2) การรายงานการปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นผู้แนะนำรายชื่อลูกค้า หรือทำหน้าที่ติดต่อชักชวนลูกค้ามาให้ใช้บริการ (introducing broker agent) และ (3) การจัดให้มีหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล ให้เป็นไปในแนวทางเดียวกับผู้ประกอบธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์และผู้ประกอบธุรกิจสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้า
