ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า หลังจากที่สายการบินแอร์เอเชียจัดโปรโมชัน “ตั๋วบินบุฟเฟต์แอร์เอเชีย” (Airasia Unlimited Pass) สำหรับเดินทางในประเทศไทยแบบไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง ในราคา 2,999 บาท ไปเมื่อวันที่ 29 มิ.ย. ที่ผ่านมา และได้รับความสนใจซื้อดีลดังกล่าวอย่างล้นหลาม แต่เรื่องกลับกลายเป็นว่า คนที่ซื้อโปรฯดังกล่าว พบปัญหา ถูกเลื่อนเที่ยวบิน ไปเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ลูกค้าไม่สะดวกเดินทาง รวมถึงยกเลิกเที่ยวบิน อีกทั้งการทำรายการผ่านระบบอัตโนมัติที่ชื่อว่า “เอว่า” ไม่สามารถช่วยเหลืออะไรได้ จนกลายเป็นประเด็นดราม่าว่อนโลกออนไลน์
