Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL) has announced that the Board of Directors resolved to approve the purchase by its indirect subsidiary Indorama Netherlands B.V. (INBV) of 83,000,000 newly issued shares in Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Limited (IRSL), equating to approximately 31.79% of IRSL’s enlarged share capital, at the price of INR 36.00/share, equaling to the total investment amount of INR 2,988.00 million , or equivalent to approximately ฿1,442.31 million.

นายนริศ เชยกลิ่น ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท สิงห์ เอสเตท จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ S กล่าวถึงธุรกิจอาคารสำนักงาน (Commercial) ของบริษัทว่า ธุรกิจอาคารสำนักงานของสิงห์ เอสเตท ยังดำเนินงานได้ตามแผน มีผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด-19 เล็กน้อยในส่วนของพื้นที่รีเทล ที่มีคำสั่งให้หยุดดำเนินกิจการในช่วงที่รัฐบาลใช้มาตรการเข้มในการสกัดกั้นการแพร่ระบาด ซึ่งทางบริษัทมีมาตรการช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มที่ โดยคาดว่าในปีนี้ธุรกิจอาคารสำนักงานของสิงห์ เอสเตท จะสร้างรายได้เป็นไปตามเป้า

บริษัท อารียา พรอพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ A ได้ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการข้อมูลต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) เพื่อเสนอขายหุ้นกู้มูลค่าไม่เกิน 1,000 ล้านบาท อายุ 3 ปี 11 เดือน 26 วัน ครบกำหนดไถ่ถอนวันที่ 1 ต.ค.63 (วันที่ออกหุ้นกู้ 5 ต.ค.59) อัตราดอกเบี้ยคงที่ 5.40% ต่อปี ชำระดอกเบี้ยทุกๆ 3 เดือน ตลอดอายุหุ้นกู้ โดยจะเสนอขายให้แก่ผู้ลงทุนสถาบัน และ/หรือ ผู้ลงทุนรายใหญ่ ระหว่างวันที่ 26-28 ก.ย.59 โดยมี บล.โนมูระ พัฒนสิน เป็นผู้จัดการการจำหน่ายหุ้นกู้
