บริษัท จีเอ็มเอ็ม แกรมมี่ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ GRAMMY ระบุว่า บริษัท จีดีเอช ห้าห้าเก้า จำกัด (GDH) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อยที่บริษัท ถือหุ้น 51% ได้ซื้อหุ้น 99.96% ใน บริษัท น้ำดีไม้งาม จำกัด (น้ำดีไม้งาม) ผู้ประกอบการ รับงานด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ และวางกลยุทธ์สื่อสารการตลาด ซึ่งจะทำให้น้ำดีไม้งาม มีสถานะเป็นบริษัทย่อยของบริษัท โดยหลังการเข้าลงทุนบริษัทดังกล่าวจะมีทุนจดทะเบียนเพิ่มเป็น 3 ล้านบาท จากเดิม 1 ล้านบาท

โดยล่าสุด คณะกรรมการบริษัท อนุมัติให้ลงทุนในโครงการไฟฟ้าพลังงานความร้อนใต้พิภพในประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยการซื้อบริษัท ซูโม่ พาวเวอร์ ที่มีสัญญาซื้อขายโครงการไฟฟ้าพลังงานความร้อนใต้พิภพ 8 โครงการ กับบริษัท เซโตอูจิ เนเชอรัล เอ็นเนอร์ยี่ จำกัด ขนาดกำลังการผลิตรวม 1,000 กิโลวัตต์ มูลค่ารวมของทั้งโครงการประมาณ 798 ล้านบาท หรือประมาณ 2,396 ล้านเยน คาดว่าจะสามารถเริ่มจำหน่ายโรงไฟฟ้าได้ประมาณเดือน เม.ย.60 เป็นต้นไป
