2) Increase production volume in the future: A Capital Expenditure budget of USD 425 Million will be used to support the 3 main development projects including Malaysia Block H Project, the Mozambique Rovuma Offshore Area 1 Project and the Algeria Hassi Bir Rekaiz Project to start production as planned and accelerate plan to develop Sarawak SK 410B project in Malaysia after the successful discovery in this year in order to reach the Final Investment Decision (FID).

บริษัท กัลฟ์ เอ็นเนอร์จี ดีเวลลอปเมนท์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ GULF รายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำไตรมาส 3/62 และงวด 9 เดือนแรกปี 2562 มีกำไรจากการดำเนินงาน (Core Profit) ในช่วงไตรมาส 3/62 เพิ่มขึ้น 32.2% จากไตรมาส 3/61 มาที่ระดับ 996.6 ล้านบาท จากไตรมาส 3/61 มีกำไรจากการดำเนินงาน 754.1 ล้านบาท เนื่องจากมีการรับรู้กำไรเต็มไตรมาสของ 12SPPs ภายใต้กลุ่ม บริษัท กัลฟ์ เอ็มพี จำกัด หรือ GMP ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อยที่บริษัทฯ ถือหุ้น 70.0% ที่เปิดดำเนินการครบทั้ง 12 โครงการในไตรมาส 3/62

ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นการตอบแทนผู้ถือหุ้นที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทฯมีมติให้เสนอพิจารณาอนุมัติจ่ายเงินปันผลเป็นเงินสด สำหรับผลการดำเนินงานงวดปี 2561 ให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นของบริษัทฯ ในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.057 บาท ที่มูลค่าที่ตราไว้หุ้นละ 0.50 บาท หรือคิดเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้นไม่เกิน 57.07 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 40 ของกำไรสุทธิของงบการเงินเฉพาะกิจการหลังหักสำรองตามกฎหมาย กำหนดรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นที่มีสิทธิรับเงินปันผล (Record date) 8 พฤษภาคม 2562  และกำหนดจ่ายปันผลในวันที่  23 พฤษภาคม 2562
