รายงานข่าวจากระทรวงคมนาคม ระบุว่า โครงการทางหลวงพิเศษหมายเลข 7 ช่วงพัทยา มาบตาพุด เป็นงานก่อสร้างถนนแนวใหม่ผ่านพื้นที่ 2 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดชลบุรีและจังหวัดระยอง มีจุดเริ่มต้นก่อสร้างกิโลเมตรที่ 2+300 เชื่อมกับทางหลวงหมายเลข 7 บริเวณทางแยกต่างระดับมาบประชัน ผ่านอำเภอบางละมุง อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี ไปบรรจบกับทางหลวงหมายเลข 3 บริเวณอำเภอบ้านฉาง จังหวัดระยอง รวมระยะทาง 32 กิโลเมตร วงเงินลงทุนรวม 17,784 ล้านบาท

นายธานินทร์ ตันประวัติ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท แอร์โรว์ซินดิเคท จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ARROW เปิดเผยว่า ในปี 2558 บริษัทจะมุ่งเน้นลดต้นทุนในการผลิต เพื่อรักษาอัตราขั้นต้นให้เฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ประมาณ 23-25% ส่วนรายได้รวมตั้งเป้าเติบโตอยู่ที่ประมาณ 1,200 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็น 20% โดยจะทยอยรับรู้รายได้จากงานในมือ (Backlog) ที่ปัจจุบันมีอยู่ประมาณ 180-200 ล้านบาท และคาดว่าจะมีงานใหม่ทยอยเข้ามาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งจากภาครัฐและเอกชน
