อนึ่ง ก่อนหน้านี้เมื่อวันที่ 7 ส.ค.ที่ผ่านมา ศาลแพ่งกรุงเทพใต้ ได้ประทับรับฟ้องเป็นคดีหมายเลขดำที่ พ.1548/2560 ในคดีผู้ได้รับความเสียหายจาก บล.หยวนต้า จำกัด จำนวน 5 ราย ประกอบด้วย นางวาสนา ศรีวิตานนท์, นางสาวพูนศรี เอื้อเจริญศรี, นางเบญจลักษณ์ พินธุโสภณ, นายอำนาจ วิริยะกุล และนางสาวประไพศรี เกริกไกร เป็นโจทก์ยื่นฟ้องบริษัทหลักทรัพย์หยวนต้า (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (เริ่มจาก บล.เกียรตินาคิน บล.เคเคเทรด และบล.หยวนต้า (ประเทศไทย) ในปัจจุบัน) เป็นจำเลยที่ 1 และนางสาวจัสมิน ดินแดง (จำเลยที่ 2) ในข้อหาละเมิด พร้อมเรียกค่าเสียหาย 301 ล้านบาท
