(2) The British government is preparing to propose a bill which is at odds with the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement signed in January 2020, particularly in relation to government aid, including a special arrangement that is associated with Northern Ireland. (Northern Ireland businesses that export their merchandise to Great Britain do not have to provide documentation to showcase their merchandise which is different from the original agreement that required Northern Ireland to comply with EU customs rules). 

2.การคาดการณ์ดอกเบี้ยของคณะกรรมการ Fed ในรูป Dot Plot ค่า Mode ในปีนี้จะยังคงอยู่ที่ 1.375% หากยังคงอยู่กับที่หรือมากกว่าเดิม จะเป็นการสะท้อนว่า Fed จะยังคงขึ้นดอกเบี้ยอีกในช่วงที่เหลือของปี แต่หากมีการปรับคาดการณ์ลงมาต่ำกว่า 1,375% แสดงว่า Fed จะเลื่อนการขึ้นดอกเบี้ยอีกครั้งไปเป็นปีหน้า โดยต้องติดตามต่ออีกว่า Dot Plot จะให้ค่าดอกเบี้ยปี 2018 ไว้ที่เท่าไหร่ จะยังคงคงไว้ที่ 2.125% ต่อไปหรือไม่ หากดอกเบี้ยที่คาดในปี 2018 สูงกว่าปี 2017 เกิน 75 bps จะเป็นการบ่งบอกถึงโอกาสในการขึ้นดอกเบี้ยอีก 3 ครั้งในปีหน้า
