Thaicom Public Company Limited (THCOM) has clarified to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and investors on the issue concerning the publication from “Kaohoon Newspaper” reporting that CAT Telecom Public Company Limited (CAT) is in the process of closing the deal with Intouch Holdings Public Company Limited (INTUCH) to buy THCOM at the price of ฿8.50/share which will result in a subsequent tender offer of THCOM’s shares.

นายสุรศักดิ์ โอสถานุเคราะห์ กรรมการและผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ CNT เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทตั้งเป้ารายได้ปีนี้ที่ 9,000 ล้านบาท จากปีก่อนที่มีรายได้ 7,135.91 ล้านบาท และมั่นใจว่าผลประกอบการจะกลับมามีกำไรได้ จากปีก่อนที่มีผลขาดทุนอยู่ 423.07 ล้านบาท โดย ณ สิ้นเดือน ก.พ. บริษัทมีงานในมือ (Backlog) ราว 13,000 ล้านบาท และในปีนี้ภาครัฐก็จะมีงานประมูลโครงการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานขนาดใหญ่ออกมาค่อนข้างมาก ก็จะเป็นโอกาสในการเข้าไปรับงานของบริษัท
