The share price of Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS) and Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (JASIF) both soared at the open after JASIF has announced on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 that the company would propose to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Unitholders (EGM) to consider and approve the increase of JASIF’s registered capital for the purpose of financing the acquisition of the additional assets.
ด้านตลาดตราสารหนี้ ผลตอบแทนพันธบัตรรัฐบาลสหรัฐฯ อายุ 10 ปี อยู่ที่ระดับ 1.98% (+11bps) ขณะที่ผลตอบแทนพันธบัตรรัฐบาลไทยอายุ 10 ปี อยู่ที่ระดับ 1.92-1.94% (-2bps) และดอกเบี้ยสวอป 10 ปี อยู่ที่ 2.20% (-8bps) โดยเรายังเห็นว่ามีแรงซื้อตราสารหนี้ไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งตราสารหนี้ระยะสั้นจากนักลงทุนต่างชาติ และตราสารหนี้ระยะยาวจากสถาบันในประเทศในสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งปัจจัยดังกล่าวกดดันให้บอนด์ยิลด์ของไทยไม่ปรับตัวขึ้นตามแนวโน้มดอกเบี้ยโลก

ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจะนำเงินที่ได้จากการระดมทุนที่คาดว่าจะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 333.48 ล้านบาท ไปใช้เป็นเงินทุนในการขยายธุรกิจราว 70% เพื่อรองรับการเติบโตในอนาคต ส่วนที่เหลืออีกราว 30% จะนำไปชำระคืนเงินกู้ยืมจำนวน 100 ล้านบาท จากปัจจุบันมีเงินกู้ระยะยาวอยู่ที่ 400 ล้านบาท ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้ภายหลังการเข้าจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ เอ็ม เอ ไอ (mai) อัตราส่วนหนี้สินต่อส่วนผู้ถือหุ้น (D/E) ของบริษัทจะลดลงเหลือ 1 เท่า จากปัจจุบันมี D/E อยู่ที่ 1.73 เท่า
