สำหรับการเสนอขายหุ้น PP ดังกล่าวอยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขที่ว่า หากราคาเสนอขายต่ำกว่า 90% ของราคาตลาด ก่อนที่ตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (ตลท.) จะสั่งรับหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนดังกล่าวเป็นหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียน บริษัทมีหน้าที่ห้ามมิให้ผู้ลงทุนขายหุ้นทั้งหมดภายในระยะเวลา 1 ปี (Silent Period) โดยภายหลังจากวันที่หุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนเริ่มซื้อขายในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ครบ 6 เดือนผุ้ลงทุนสามารถทยอยขายหุ้นได้ 25% ของจำนวนหุ้นทั้งหมดที่ถูกสั่งห้ามขาย
